The whole house,
not one category.
Kitchens, closets, doors, stone, panels, lighting and furniture. We supply the finishes for an entire build from China, sequenced so they arrive in the order the site actually needs them.
A real project
A mansion in the United States, materials from China.
This project is the best argument we have: we didn't sell a category, we supplied a house. Stone, joinery, lighting and hardware, coordinated from China and delivered to site.

Why a single supplier matters
When every finish comes from a different place, the risk multiplies: tones that don't match, batches that don't line up, pieces arriving after the trade has moved on. With one contact in China, the sequence is planned once and then kept.
And if something goes wrong, there's one person to call. That, in the end, is the whole difference.
Kitchens
Modern kitchens
and custom joinery.
Complete cabinetry: carcasses, fronts, hardware, worktops and integrated appliances. Built to the drawing, not picked from a closed catalogue.

Images from the catalogues of the factories we work with.
Quartz and stone
Slabs, worktops
and surfaces.
Engineered quartz and natural stone in large slabs: worktops, fronts, bathrooms and cladding. Chosen by batch, because two slabs of the same model are never identical.

Doors and windows
Doors, windows
and the hardware behind them.
Aluminium and glass systems for construction, entrance doors and interior doors. The hardware is what decides whether a window still closes properly five years in.

Decorative panels
Fluted panels
and wall cladding.
The finish that changes a room most per square metre spent. In timber, lacquer or stone effect, for full walls or specific zones.

Closets and dressing rooms
Wardrobes, walk-ins
and sliding doors.
Modular, with sliding or hinged doors, and the full interior: rails, drawer units, shoe racks and accessories. Designed around the real opening, not a standard size.

Lighting
Indoor and outdoor,
from pendant to garden wall light.
Ceiling fittings, wall lights and outdoor lighting rated for the weather. It's the category most often left to the end, and the one that shows the most.

Furniture
Modular sofas
and living room furniture.
Modular sofas, sectionals and single pieces. Many travel vacuum-compressed, which cuts freight volume considerably without affecting the product.

How a full build is quoted
- Drawings or a list of what you need, even if it's approximate.
- Selection of references per category, with price alternatives.
- Landed quote: product, freight, insurance and estimated duties.
- Physical samples where the finish demands it — colour and texture are never approved on a screen.
- Delivery sequence planned against site progress.
- Inspection before shipping and tracking to your port.
Minimum volume
For a full build it almost always pays off. For a small refurbishment it depends: sometimes freight eats the difference and buying locally is the sensible call. We'll say so upfront before you spend time on it.
FAQ
Can I order several categories in one shipment?
Yes, and on a build site it's the norm: kitchen, closets, doors and lighting usually come from different factories and get consolidated into one container.
We receive the goods from each factory, check them, group them and one shipment leaves. It's almost always cheaper than shipping separately.
Will the finishes match the sample?
That's what a physical sample approval is for. Colour and texture are never approved on a screen: what you see on a monitor isn't what leaves the factory.
With natural stone we also reserve the batch — two slabs of the same model can have very different veining.
How long does supplying a full build take?
Between selection, manufacturing and transit, three to four months is realistic for a first project.
What doesn't work is starting the build assuming finishes arrive 'in a few weeks'. The sequence gets planned before anything starts.
Can I buy just one category?
Of course. Some clients only bring kitchens, or only stone. The advantage of several is shared freight and a single contact, but it isn't required.
