This page governs the use of sagarax.com and sets out the general conditions under which SAGARA Export Solution provides its services. By using this site or requesting a quotation, you accept what follows.
01Who we are
SAGARA Export Solution is a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China, operating from Dongguan, Guangdong province.
02What this site is, and is not
This site is informational. It describes services, product categories and how we work. Nothing published here is a binding commercial offer, or a commitment on availability, lead time or price for any particular order.
Anything on this site about importing, customs, duties or a country's regulations is general guidance. It does not replace advice from a customs broker, a lawyer or an accountant in the destination country.
03Published prices
The figures shown on this site — "from" rates, commission ranges and indicative minimum orders — are reference starting points, stated in United States dollars (USD) and excluding taxes.
- They exclude the goods themselves, freight, insurance, duties and destination-country taxes unless the quotation says otherwise.
- Inspection and accompaniment rates exclude expenses: intercity transport, accommodation and meals.
- They may change without notice. The price that counts is the one in the written quotation.
04How an engagement is formed
A service is contracted when SAGARA issues a written quotation — by email or WhatsApp — setting out scope, price, lead time and conditions, and the client expressly accepts it. Where that quotation and this site disagree, the quotation prevails.
Unless the quotation states otherwise, work begins against an advance payment agreed in writing.
05Our commitment
If SAGARA handles both the purchase and the shipment and what arrives is not what the client ordered, we refund what was paid for the inspection and pursue the claim with the factory.
Before working with any factory we verify its business licence, its registration with the Chinese government, how long it has traded and its certificates. If a factory nonetheless turns out not to be real, the inspection fee is refunded.
Where the limit is: when the client engages us only to verify a factory and handles the purchase, the payment or the shipment themselves, SAGARA cannot answer for what it does not control.
To rely on this commitment, the client must report the discrepancy within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods, with photographs or video of the product and its packaging, and must keep the goods until the claim is closed. The refund covers the inspection fees paid to SAGARA; a claim for the value of the goods is pursued against the factory and its outcome depends on the factory.
This commitment does not cover damage in transit — that is what cargo insurance is for — nor variations in tone, grain or finish inherent to natural materials, nor specification changes approved by the client after inspection.
06What we do not do
- We do not act as a customs broker in the destination country unless expressly agreed in the quotation.
- We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
- We do not finance purchases and we are not a payment institution.
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, airlines, ports, customs authorities or events of force majeure.
In no case will SAGARA's liability to the client exceed the fees actually charged for the service concerned.
07Payment
We accept bank transfer (T/T), LianLian, Extranfer and Wise Business. WeChat Pay and Alipay are accepted for samples or small purchases. We do not work with letters of credit. Bank charges and exchange-rate differences are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.
08Site content
The text, photographs, videos, product catalogue, name and logo of SAGARA belong to SAGARA Export Solution. You are welcome to read them and to link to this site; you may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Third-party trade marks mentioned or visible in images belong to their owners and are referred to for information only. Their appearance implies no association, sponsorship or representation.
09Changes
We may amend these conditions when our services or the applicable rules change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. Engagements already accepted are governed by the conditions in force when they were accepted.
10Governing law
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute will be submitted to its courts, unless the accepted quotation expressly provides another mechanism.
Before it ever gets that far, write to us. Most problems with an order are solved by talking to the person who is standing in the factory.
